I am really pissed off…~!
From today’s early morning, im in need to publish a video on an Educational Project, but when i check the internet connection, im disconnected, then i check what is wrong..and i found that my isp is on their way giving me headache..~!

I contacted the customer service support, but it just let my headache spread on every part of my head…~!
they just read and act like directed with the script and director, Boleh buat connection tanpa splitter? / Lampu LED Pada modem menyala dan stabil? / Nombor Telefon encik apa? / error number berapa encik masa buat dial up? Boleh encik click pada start menu
Come on, please don’t expect that every customer is stupid, and real dumb…~!
I remembered 1 day, i called the customer service, and that time my internet is down for a few days already, And my machine was a centos 4 non GUI. I called them and let them know my stuation for connectivity, My computer Specs, and even tell them my internet connectivity and the structure of my network…all she(it was a gurl u know…) ask me to do is…
She:tak pe encik, encik click pada start menu dulu, kemudian encik click pada internet connection…
Me:Sy Kata sy pakai Centos 4 non GUI, its linux box..
She:tak pe encik, kita akan identify masalah, cube encik klik pada start menu dulu…
Me: What the heck(dalam hati…)
Lantas ku sudah malas menceritakan masalah ku pada si dia…
But nevermind, they just follow the script…~! they are skilless….~!Stupid…~! Idiot..~!
Please upgrade your service, don’t just upgrade your color of your building / cars / logo, it will not make your internet faster than before, it will not make your staff skillfull…~!
for today’s problem, i ask not to open any case / report, just reset my internet connection..and it didn’t help at first…after few hours rebooting my router, than i manage to get the correct IP Address….
just think…if so many people report the same problem…is it your fault or people’s fault…~!??
